Magnetic assemblies: magnetic materials are widely used function materials, known and applied for over 3000 years. Magnetic assemblies are important links to realize the functions of magnetic materials in the form of products or semifinished products made of magnetic materials, metal, nonmetal and other materials, such as motor rotors, sensors, filters, magnetic lifters, magnetic separators, magnetic pumps and speakers etc. NBZY Magnet has been always committed to converting customers' design to high-quality products, providing outstanding component assembling service for customers, optimizing assembly time and costs in terms of integrating supply chain, and contributing more to the convenience of production and life.The magnetic coupling of magnetic pump consists of internal magnetic steel, external magnetic steel and isolation sleeve. Commonly used materials are rare earth cobalt, such as samarium cobalt, aluminium nickel cobalt, which has strong anti-demagnetization ability. The coercivity of HCT was 360-1200kA/m. The service temperature can reach 300 cc. Other materials are neodymium and ferrite.Black coated firmware is external magnetic steel, and the inner surface is also coated. The internal magnetic steel is shown in the figure. Details can be found in the product description. 5.Packaging&Shipping1)By Sea: As the magnets have strong attraction and we will use the spacer to apart the magnets each other in case people will be hurt when take it out. Then, they will be packed in a white box of pieces each, several boxes to a carton. (Detailed package quantity should be made upon the real products)
2) By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use Iron sheet to shield.
